New Value Configuration Check Now Available

HP partners selling value products can now request a configuration check by sending a Sales Builder For Windows (SBW) XML file to clic.uk@hp.com. This is a great opportunity to reduce the numbers of configuration errors ahead of placing orders, thus speeding up the ordering process and improving customer service.
HP will also soon be requiring SBW (XML) to be used for all Value configuration pricing requests for quotes and OPGs via Smart Quote. Further details will follow from HP soon.
In the meantime, SBW training is available at 9-11am on 20th February 2009. To register, contact watson.emea@hp.com. All Value partners need to be familiar with SBW to ensure Value configuration pricing requests and OPGs are not rejected when the new process is implemented in the coming weeks.
