HP recognises Bell Micro for outstanding industry contribution

Bell Micro has been recognised by HP Software and Solutions as its Software Partner of the Year (UK & Ireland).  The award was presented during HP’s recent Software Universe Conference in Vienna. The achievement not only acknowledges Bell Micro’s exceptional service levels but it also reflects the company’s capabilities in helping HP to continue building its software channel. 

Created to recognise partners that have added value to HP by helping the company enter strategic new markets, the HP BTO Software Partner of the Year Awards support HP’s continued efforts to drive forward and implement new customer wins, identify major project breakthroughs or jointly developing innovative solutions that meet business needs and grow revenue.  Award winners are determined following a thorough review of all partner submissions; the selection process also takes into account delivery and results success.

“Bell Micro’s dedicated resource planning and sales & development approach, combined with its best practice implementation processes, has enabled the company to build momentum with reseller partners and secure incremental business as a result,” said Colin McGregor, Director of HP Business at Bell Micro.  “We have been very successful in working with partner organisations to support sales opportunities and our online marketing support tool - campaignWORKS – has also enabled resellers to tailor product marketing messages to suit their customers, which is proving to be very valuable.”

With an impressive HP history of delivering 20% growth year on year, Bell Micro now plans to work closely with its reseller partners to re-examine the HP offering with them in detail whilst providing support and training that can be further extended to customers, to both educate on, and demonstrate the value of, a portfolio of solutions that can be expected to deliver a return on investments within 12 months.
