Critical Services

Critical Services are the ‘big brother’ to Proactive Services, with broader deliverables covering more depth and reviewed more frequently.  Critical Services offer a 6 hour repair commitment on hardware and immediate response on critical software issues. If applications or processes were unavailable, for even a short length of time, the impact the customers business would be significant, resulting in customer requirements not being fulfilled; orders and SLAs being missed; production loss; an idle workforce; increased personal stress and tension, to name a few. Typically HP’s Critical Services help customers attain 99.9% availability or higher, by helping reduce unplanned downtime by proactively stopping problems before they occur.
