Proactive Blade Services have been specially designed to provide customers with continuous help and assistance to improve the ongoing management and utilisation of their HP blade environment. The service helps in reducing the administration costs associated with running the environment and protects the hardware investment made by the customer.

Aimed at users new to blade systems who will need help in getting the most out of the technology, Proactive Blade Services are a 12 month renewable contract.
