This tool is designed to help you to sell Care Pack Services - giving all valid product codes required to order a HP Care Pack Enterprise Service and the 3 digit band code used to indicate the support available for that product.

What should I use the HP Channel Look-up Tool for?

The HP Channel Look-Up Tool contains two worksheets: GoodsBands and SupportBands.

GoodsBands – use this tab to search for a specific HP product code, to determine whether it is still supported and to obtain the 3-digit band code.

SupportBands – select this tab to search available support once you have obtained the 3-digit band code.
