The TopValue and Promotional Product Price list covers the purchase of selected ISS products. These special offers are ONLY valid while stocks of the qualifying products are available. 

General Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is effective from 1st - 28th February inclusive.
  2. This promotion is valid for all product numbers, listed in the TopValue and Promotional Product Price List, indicated as eligible under the “PROMO T&C’s” column. Products marked as 5(Five) only will be eligible for any rebate under these Terms. 
  3. Rebates are only valid for sales out from LSP/CDPs made within the dates of the promotion (as above). Rebate values are indicated in the “REBATE” column of the TopValue and Promotional Product Price List.
  4. This promotion may only be used in conjunction with other HP promotions when listed in the qualifying products section of the other HP promotion.
  5. The partner account manager remains the primary point of contact for all communications on this promotion.
  6. HP reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion, with immediate effect. This includes part numbers, pricing and quantities.
  7. HP ProLiant TopValue Servers cannot be put onto HP Smart Quotes or any form of OPG/Special Pricing Request.
  8. OPG/Special Pricing Requests for HP ProLiant Options are not allowed in conjunction with HP ProLiant TopValue Servers

TopValue Server and Option Bundle Sellout Promotion

All Options detailed in the “Server Maximum Attach” page in the TopValue and Promotional Product Price List for February 2009. The TopValue and Promotional Product Price list covers the purchase of selected ISS products. These special offers are ONLY valid while stocks of the qualifying products are available. 

General Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is effective from 1st – 28th February 2009 inclusive.
  1. This promotion is valid only for products detailed above and listed in the TopValue and Promotional Product Price List, indicated as eligible under the “PROMO T&C’s” column. Only Products marked as 7 (SEVEN) will be eligible for rebate under these Terms. 
  2. Claims will only be accepted for sales out of HP ProLiant TopValue Servers with Promotional Option/Options, as detailed in the Server Maximum Attach page within the TopValue and Promotional Product Price List. All claims must be shown as a bundle.
  1. Sellout Rebate Claims are only valid for authorised products that have been purchased directly from HP.
  2. HP reserves the right to validate all claims and request any additional information as required. This includes requesting paper copies of all related invoices.
  3. Single invoice claims only will be accepted. i.e. this must include all qualifying criteria. This means that servers and options must appear on the same invoice to qualify.
  4. The partner account manager remains the primary point of contact for all communications on this promotion.
  5. HP reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion, with immediate effect. This includes part numbers, pricing and quantities.
  6. HP ProLiant TopValue Servers cannot be put onto HP Smart Quotes or any form of OPG/Special Pricing Request.
  7. OPG/Special Pricing Requests for HP ProLiant Options are not allowed in conjunction with HP ProLiant TopValue Servers
  8. NEW – For the first time there is an HP StorageWorks attach program for HP ProLiant TopValue. This is the StorageWorks RDX product. Server Max Attach for these parts is 1 per TopValue server, in terms of claiming the 20% rebate please do so in the same way you would claim for an options rebate as per T’s & C’s above. Please be advised we will be forwarding the SWD part of the claim to Stuart Miller for processing

  2. Claims  for 3 Year HP Care Pack Services will only be accepted for HP Care Pack Services when purchased with ProLiant TopValue server .  Microsoft HP Care Pack Services may be purchased standalone
